Paul Alibert holds a PhD in Population and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Montpellier II (France) in 1995. He is appointed Associate Professor at the “Université de Bourgogne (uB)” in 1997.
Since September 2015 he becomes Attaché for Science and Higher Education cooperation between France and Germany (and more specifically for the Lands of Bavaria and Bade Wurtemberg) for the French Ministry of Foreign Office and International Development. He is located in Munich but under the supervision of the French Embassy in Germany.
