Legal status, taxes, social security… Cultural and creative companies have to face various legal issues when engaging in crossborder activities. This workshop has been conceived as a practical response to one of the major challenges encountered by cultural entrepreneurs in the Greater Est Region of France that are working with the neighbouring countries. It offers the opportunity to get useful information, seek advice and discuss concrete challenges with legal experts: what rules and procedures apply when engaging in France or Germany? What are the main obstacles in my specific situations and how can I manage them? And where can I get further information?
