Dr. Mutman is a researcher and academic, focuses mainly on the topics of urban design, public sphere and its transformative relation to the architectural design. After working for several alternative, small scaled, short term design proposals to achieve an upgraded, sustainable spatial quality, she continues to focus and teach on alternative models of architectural design education, urbanism and critical city readings. Dr. Mutman is currently teaching at the Ozyegin University, Faculty of Architecture and Design whilst managing various research projects, seminars and workshops at the edge of urban and architectural design criticism.
