Alexandra Hofmann works at bwcon GmbH Innovation Academy as an Innovation Facilitator. This role includes the systemic process monitoring of organizations in phases of change, as well as the empowerment for learning entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
By being sociologist, systemic consultant and design thinking expert, she applies these different approaches in combination in her trainings. In addition, she is project manager of an international design thinking project with the aim of sensitizing SMEs to the innovation approach at European level.
